These are the original extended mixes of the soundtrack to the East Asian Medicine Series: Guided Healing meditation CD for the Wood Element. "Springtime" is supportive of the Gallbladder Meridian (Yang), and "Vitality" is supportive of the Liver Meridian (Yin). Many of the instruments highlighted are made from wood; including Djembe, Marimba, Flute, Classical Guitar, and Didgeridoo.
